The rental application can be submitted online or in person.
-Online Applications: Before you can start your online rental application, you must first create an account. At the moment, each applicant must apply separately and create separate accounts. Click on the Apply Now icon to start your online application. Please read the Application Guide for assistance. If you have any questions, you can call our office at 203-562-7368.
-In-Person Applications: Paper applications can be submitted in person, by email, or by fax. If you wish to apply in person, click Download Application to get the application form.
Additionally, regardless of the application submission method, the application fee is $40.00 for each adult (each adult must create their account). Applications will not process without the application fee payment. We usually recommend having copies of your proof of income, photo ID, and a payment method in hand before starting your application. We accept Bank Account, Debit Card, and Credit Cards online only.
