Condo Association Management

Prime Management, LLC is a full service management company.  Our company began as investment property managers specializing in inner city property management.   Most of our new clients were investors who purchased distressed properties, mostly foreclosures and abandoned properties.  We were tasked with turning over those units and making them profitable.  From renovations, to tenant relations, owner communication and ongoing maintenance and management, we realized that our skills can easily transcend to other areas of property management.

Applying our principles and procedures from investment management, we were able to make a quick transition into condominium management.  As licensed home improvement contractors, we understand the value of quality work, as investors we understand the concept of fair pricing, as owners we understand the need for peace of mind. Bringing those values to condominium management has helped to set us apart from other companies in this industry.
